Sea Ships

Mighty Force,
Destined Winds.

When exatly did our story begin?

A love so apparent yet seemed so unexplored.
A joy, a peac,e a heart to endure.

Two ships docked at sea,
 not knowing where the other was destined to be.

We passed by in the night and
we were settled during the day.

Then life took its course
 and said where to be.
Two ships no longer passing yet traveling to the same place.

An island near yet not close enough .
Oh but the journey to get there has been a remarkable sight for all to see.

We are due to dock soon and it is there we will spend eternity.

My God

Stretch me wide and love me tender for it is in You, Oh God,

I genuinely surrender.

My thoughts are of You and the love you provide

For it encompasses me and gives me a natural high.

Right there on guard as a first line soldier.

I don't have to worry You got me.

I know it.

As precious as a pearl, there is none like You.

How dare they look to other gods when not a one can do what you can do.

I speak from my heart, You have it completely.

You show me, you teach me, You correct me so eloquently.

There is no words that I can really say that can show you how much I appreciate you in every way.

In the deeper quarters of my thoughts;

there is no pain, no awakening to the hurt.

No... down deep is where you go to discover that inner peace.

No words, no sound, you just feel.

The feeling is unimaginable, so much solitude.

I can walk in the presence of the Most High

and honor His presence without any distraction.

Have you been there?

Have you felt the power?

seen the face of Glory?

You don't have to travel far just go a little deeper.

Calm your spirits, rest your mind and dive in.

The spirit quickens you on what is to be and what is next.

Oh.... What a glorious thought it brings up.

You can do it!

You can have it all.

This is how you do it.

See in that deep place no one can come in,

no one is allowed but you and God.

Your answers are there.

Your victory is there.

Dive in, embrace it's beauty and when you come up...

In Search of More

As I grow and change and conform my thoughts to the woman God has created me to be, I am in search of more than just the basics. Along my journey I hope to gain strength for each day that the enemy wants to knock me down. I pick up peace for it is with a sound mind I will endure the nights when I wished I have a spouse. It is with the joy I have in my heart that I run this race called life because I know my God is right there with me. I don't expect many to join my quest for I know that my search may not be there's. I pass Isolation Road where people abandoned their dreams and I hop on Purpose Avenue. It is so full of life here. Others stepping into their God given purpose. Not many people I know though, I wish they would have joined my search instead of driving through the wide gate. It is not as easy as they may think. I chose the narrow gate. This way is very streamlined but I know that I will be taken care of with all needs met as long as I stay in this gate. This gate has dreams, visions, purpose, and structure. I like the structure it is built out of wisdom, understanding and obedience. The Gatekeeper says as long as you are obedient and believe on Christ Jesus then you will have life. Life I want Life! Lord I choose to live. I don't want to walk blindly and not see the glorious things you have for me. In search of more love...try Jesus. In search of more compassion...try Jesus.... in search of answers...try Jesus. No matter the need or the situation if you try Him I guarantee you it will all come. Search your hearts for what you desire today.
